STEAMED DUMPLINGS

  1. Bring 2–3 inches of water to a rolling boil.

  2. Place dumplings in a lined steamer basket, spacing about 1 inch apart.

  3. Cover and steam for 12 minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. Rest 1 minute with lid on, then remove lid and rest an additional minute.

  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

COOK FROM FROZEN. DO NOT THAW OR MICROWAVE. COOK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES 165°F (74°C).

PAN FRY + STEAM METHOD

  1. Heat a thin layer of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. We like sesame oil or avocado oil.

  2. Place dumplings flat side down, spacing about 1 inch apart.

  3. Fry 2–3 minutes until bottoms are golden brown.

  4. Add ¼ cup of water to the pan and cover immediately.

  5. Steam for 8–10 minutes until water has evaporated.

  6. Remove lid and rest 1 minute before serving.

  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces and a sprinkle of your favorite toppings

‍ ‍SIMMER SAUCE / CURRY METHOD

  1. Pour your favorite curry or sauce into a pan over medium heat.

  2. Once sauce begins to gently bubble, add dumplings in a single layer.

  3. Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, spooning sauce over dumplings occasionally.

  4. Remove from heat and rest 1 minute with lid on.

  5. Serve warm directly in sauce.
